The service
Spool.Club provides tools to organise filament group buys with clubs. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We may suspend or end access for misuse, risk, or non-payment where applicable.
Accounts & conduct
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You will not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it unlawfully.
Club buys & payments
Group buys may involve third-party suppliers and payment methods. You are responsible for commitments you make to your club and for complying with any supplier or payment provider terms. Spool.Club is not a party to every transaction between members and suppliers unless expressly stated.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spool.Club and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
